Refund & Return Policy
All hair pieces may be returned for a possible full refund or store credit within 14 days after purchase.
THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA APPLY TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND / RETURN OR STORE CREDIT:
- Hair pieces must be in its original packaging and all seals and labels must be intact.
- Any signs of tampering will void a possible refund or store credit on your product.
- We cannot accept returns on used products for hygiene purposes.
- Hair pieces purchased will only qualify for a possible cash refund should there be a defect in the actual product. (This does not include used hair pieces)
- It is the responsibility of the customer / buyer to ensure that the correct hair piece type and color is ordered. If you are not sure about the color or require help with a color match please contact us here.
- Although we take utmost care on quality control before our products leave our factory for shipping, It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the hair pieces for any defects before removing the seals and using the hair. No refund or store credit will be issued if the hair pieces was used or seals broken.
- It is the responsibility of the customer / buyer to make sure to read product descriptions correctly and to make sure they order from the correct product type.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Customer is responsible for return courier costs
- Once we received your return, we will inspect the product and based on the results we will process a possible refund or store credit.
- Refunds / Credits can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
